Inspired by Ovid’s Metamorphoses, Radiant Thing uses poetry, movement, and unconventional staging to guide one audience member at a time through the catastrophe and radiance of a daughter growing up. Placed in the role of witness, confident, messenger, and even scene partner, Radiant Thing challenges its audience to personally engage while re-imagining the boundary between theatre and reality.
